card for a 2 year old

I made this card for my great niece who was 2 on the 20th of September. The design was inspired by one that Jayne Nestorenko had done using her Cute Companion stamps. I stamped the numbers and characters using black versafine and colored them, using inktense pencils. The words happy birthday were stamped with versamark and embossed with gold embossing powder.
My grandaughter is still having chemo and has now lost all of her hair. Her daddy has shaved his head too, to make her feel a bit better. Please keep her in your thoughts and hope that we have a positive outcome.

A flower for my niece

I made this card for my niece for her Birthday. I used the new stamp sheet that I bought at the NEC from Graphicus. The flower was stamped in black versafine black and painted with inktense pencils. The leaves were stamped in versamark on to green mirri card and then embossed with gold powder. I used green glitter to add a bit of sparkle. The bp is from my Graphicus Guild stash. The mini buttons were from my stash and the sentiment came from the same stamp sheet as the flowers and leaves.

Fishing Penguin

This card is for this weeks Bah Humbug Challenge, the theme being Embossing. The Penguin and sentiment rubber stamps are both from Art Impressions. I coloured the hat, scarf, feet and beak with inktense pencils and the snow and ice with watercolour pencils, covered with stickles for the Christmassy sparkle, before sticking a tiny pompom on his hat. I used the circle nestability die and the cuttlebug snowflake embossing folder. The sentiment is stamped in green versacolour ink and embossed with clear powder. I used a Nellie Snellen oval die to cut this out and threaded lilac ribbon through the holes. I punched some little green fish and added some lilac buttons threaded with the same lilac ribbon.
The bp is from Artylicious seasons greetings, I do like this paper.

A card for a teenager

I used another of Mo's digital Pencil stamps for this card. I love these images. I coloured the image with pro markers and inktense pencils. The paper is Artylicious and I just finished off with a simple flora doodle.
